Elacarl  Elacarl is the city owned by the elves. The city name is Elacarl City, since the elves claimed the forest earlier then they build the city. For the purpose of this guide however, the city is called Elacarl.Highlights Coming Soon History Coming Soon Geography Location Elacarl is located at the southwest of the alliance side. Just about 6 MFE to the west, you can find Fortunata. Surroundings Elacarl City is surrounded by Elacarl, a forest. At the west of Elacarl you can find a river and the start of Palikir Beor. There are trading routes between Fortunata, Elacarl and the desert.
