Basic Rules
In case of doubt, GM's are always right.
It's possible for users to try to make clear they are punished injustly, but in case of doubt the responsible GM('s) has/have the last word.
You have to listen to a GM and always speak the truth about anything you did (in-game).

All GM's...
... may do anything within his vigour, without any permission of another GM.
... are sovereign, to a certain degree.
... are always right till the opposite is proven.
... particular do NOT abuse their powers.
