[Server] Planned IP address change

Tomorrow, the IP address of the Nishansu server is likely to change. This was announced by the current ISP. Nothing will change in our current server setup.

We don't know what this IP address will become or at what time it will change. This will be announced in this topic when this information is available. We'll also publish an IP Fix somewhere in the next week.

IP has changed to 130.89.163.226. The full client now has this IP address as default setting.
